Transcript for "How to Wire Claude Into an Outbound Engine": is looking at you. Yeah. Okay. We are live. We are live. Hello, everyone. Hey, everyone. Hey, everyone. I'm expecting only you, Victor and I, to to speak back in the hello, everyone, but I expecting everyone to write down the chats. Maybe hello. Hi there. Super cool. Everyone knows how to chat with us. Super nice. Hello, everyone. People, there's something I'm always asking when you join the webinar, when we do webinar together, it's like, where are you coming from? Which city? Oh, James James understood the the assignment before he even asked. Yeah. I don't even open my mouth that in in you, Texas, and I love it. Texas is a bit far from so far as to where you go, Victoria, in a couple of, of days, weeks. No? You guys kick Yeah. Geneva. Like it. nice. Netherlands, Madrid, Amsterdam, Sao Paulo. Would you see someone, like, living with you, Aris? Not with you. I'm not I'm not saying with you, but, like, close to you. With you? Not yet. That's it. Ukraine, Belgium, I love it. Germany, London. We are basically based in in Avignon these days with Victor, but myself in Marseille and him in Paris, Usually. soon to be elsewhere. Yeah. Okay, people. I'm I'm letting a couple of minutes, not a couple, like, just only one or two before we start so people can join. We are already, like, 242 people exactly. We were a thousand registrants, so I'm letting people come. You know? In France, we always say fifteen minutes. I'm not going to be fifteen minutes. Yep. I'm going to live like a couple, but, like, one or two is okay. And then we hit start. Cool. I think people you know also, like, there is GIF. I think the first message right in this conversation is this GIF, and Victor loved it anyway. Cool. I think this is also the right to point. Yeah. Dinner. together. K. Cool. Let's one more minute. Warming up this conversation, you need warming up this seminar. Yeah. need Remy, you need to tell people this is recorded. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. This is recorded, of course. Yeah. There is an on demand page for everyone registered sent just after the the webinar, just after the forty five to fifty minutes we're going to spend together. So do not worry. You can stand stay with us. It's going to be a good one. Oh, and and Igor knows the assignment. He pinned the the. message. I don't know how how to do this. It's. so good. Okay. Still nice. Okay. We are 300 people. I think we can kick start, and then, the one left will join us soon after. I will share my screen just now. Up and go. So, again, hello, everyone. Super happy to have you, with us today. Super happy. I'm always saying super happy for this one, for now. I'm I'm really glad to have you all, to have, like, Victor, Harris with us, but also 300 people who just joined, for this webinar on how to wire a cloth internal bond engine, built live with the LEMIS MCP. Before you ask, and I said it before, but I'm saying it again, there is a recording. There is an on demand page available to you just after the webinar, so do not worry about this. Take too too many notes. You will be, receiving this webinar just after. So stay with us. Make the session live. Ask you questions. We want you with us today. The agenda of today, pretty simple. It's three big blocks. So if you read the description of the webinar in the in the restoration page, there's three blocks. The first one is a target list. So we're going to see how to find company that fit your criteria using Cloud and then, with the LEMIS MCP. The second one, the account brief. What's happening at the company will make decision what they they have said recently. So everything you need to know in order to to go for the accounts to target with the list you just prepared. And then the third part will be the email and the follow-up. So a short first email, granted the research, so everything that you put in place in order to send, okay, one email, but also, like, a sequence of different steps in order to to go and get this meeting, this opportunity that you you look for. Question after each part, we stop, after each block. We open the the mics to everyone who wants to to ask question. We will take as many as possible. There is, like, Hugo Tavien, also as a moderator today, that will try to answer your question as they come in the chat. So do not worry. There is a good time for it. This is a webinar, so it needs to be live. It will be live. I will also like, put a quick disclaimer here. We tried to make this, webinar as much live as possible. But as you know, as we built also what we want to show you today in cloud, but also with the LMSMCP, cloud is taking a bit of time sometimes to to to give back answers. So when you ask something in the conversation and they get back result, it can be, like, five minutes, ten minutes. So we did, run the the work. We did recorded all the the thinking of clothes, and we did put this video on slides. So do not be surprised if this video is not, like, ushering clothes directly because if we had to do to do it, it would have taken, like, two or three hours of webinar. We don't want to have you, in in this time length. So we did video, but still it's exactly what we did, what we run on our site on our laptop. So, this is the disclaimer I wanted you to have before we start. Who we are, it's a big, I think, thing, but probably know before joining. If you didn't, three people in front of you. The first one, the VIP in this room, and, Aris, no pressure. I'm sorry I'm saying VIP, but that's exactly what I think about you. Harish Alkic, we are super happy to have you, founder of Sales Del Eco. We have him in on this webinar because he's for me, super inspirational, close, super hands on, super personal. We want to have, like, always operators who are capable of not only talking about subject of subject, but also, like, showing what they do, the craft, directly to you. So super happy to have you, Aris. I I couldn't expect anyone better than you for this topic. Again, no pressure, but you are my VIP today. Second VIP, Victor, Victor Delkomm, cofounder of the GM Club, also member of the of the Lemniss staff. Also to show you how to link the Claude to, the Lemnitz MCP. We have always listened to this villain online on LinkedIn, like, opposing the two. I think today is going to we are going to reconcile it, Claude and Lemnitz Claude and, our adbound platform. So Victor is here to do so. Again, he's happy to take any question you have. You can add them both on LinkedIn. You can add me as well if you want. Sales at Lendly, sales for ten years, cofounder also at the of the GM Club. I'm happy to be here, and I would like, be your host for today. Time for a few polls, guys. I stop sharing my screen. I go back with you. I have two questions to ask you, before we quick start, because I want to to know you better and to see where you stand. The first one, let me open the poll. I open it. I think everyone can see it. Can you? If you cannot, just tell me. I can, and I'll vote. I I. won't hesitate. Go to pull tabs. Okay. So how do you use cloud, our GPT, or any LLM today? I wanted to say cloud because it's the one we use, but no matter the the the LLM. Is it lease buildings, account resource, personal outreach, all of the above? I don't use it yet. This this is just to know you a bit better and to know where you stand, so we adapt. And I see I see 105 votes for all of the above. So this is the main one being voted, and then we have, like, a few people not using it yet, so it's cool. We have we have a lot of value to bring you. And people also, like, using one part, not the others. Again, bear with us until the end of this webinar. We have, like, value to bring, I think. Cool. Okay. 113 votes for all of the above. 24 for personal knowledge reach, 26, I don't use it yet, and the rest, like, twenty two and ten, for our country search in this building. So you guys know Aris and Victor. I'm asking the second. question. I'm closing this one. Opening. Who here are the Lendly's MCB connected to close our GPT? Is it something you have? Is it something you don't? Do you know if you if you can, like, rush into your clothes just after and do do the work? Because this is exactly what you what we want us to live with. We want you to live with, like, concrete stuff to act on just after. So we have yes. 74 votes so far. I have no, but I use Lemnitz, 59. And I have no, but I use clothes, 48. I think there is a battle between, like, no, but Lemnitz, noble clothes, but the majority so far is yes. And and. also, I think the right opportunity because people are are asking, yes. Everything we're going to show, we we did it on cloud because, so that we we have the same interface with the Harris and, you know, it's like same prompt, same same things just turning into system. But, of course, it also work with the GPT with the MCP. No problem. Yeah. Cool. Thanks. Okay. I think we can close this. So we have 90 vote for yes. No, but I use 79. And no, but I use close to GBT 56. Some people are not voting, but we'll, like, go through the presentation and have you back with us. Okay? Cool. I'm closing this poll, and I'm back to the presentation, sharing my screen. And I think it will be, the first block. So we are gone. Again, just a last information. This session is supposed to be, like, forty five to fifty minutes. Bear with us. Three blocks for people just joining us, and at at the end of each block, questions. So if you have questions, drop them in the chat. We will take them in after, like, each and every block. First block, target list. I'm ending over the mic to you, but, guys, Harris, maybe if you can start by why why we start with the target list. It seems obvious for me, it seems probably obvious to you, but I'm happy, for you to to to, say a few words on it on the why. And I'm letting you the Thanks. Thanks, Remy. Thanks, first of all, for the introduction and, for having me, and welcome to everyone. We have. an amazing international group. It's really, yeah, fun to see people from all over the world. Yeah. The list why start with the list? My, my take is that if the list is bad, I mean, everything else that comes after that will just be a waste of time or a huge part of it because it's it's I mean, the quality of your data, of your list determines your results in the end if you just spend time calling wrong numbers, sending out emails, yeah, to nobody. I mean, how can you expect results? So, usually, I think salespeople are kind of more doers than they are kind of readers of thinkers in most cases, which is good, but they kind of tend to over, rush to rush over this first step of list building. And it's in my experience, it's just time well spent, on on creating your list, thinking about your ICP, who to include, and then just thinking about the quality of the data behind it. Yeah. I relate so much. You tire yourself a lot by doing. You feel like you are doing, but you're doing on list as all not well built. So because the sheets in the like, what you put in the machine is sheets or garbage, then you can't expect for, like, a lot of results or efficient results. So I just relate so much. But. I'm I'm happy. even AI can save you then. Exactly. Right? Exactly. She thinks it out that's if AI is in between, it's exactly the same result. Maybe you won't share your screen now. Yes. I will share my screen now. Look. I'm sorry, Alex. I I wasn't eloquent on this one. So you should be able to see my screen. Oops. We are I am. Yeah. Perfect. This is basically the first step, how to create that account list with Claude, co work. I think it's really an underrated way to create a list quickly or have this scheduled task that works especially well for local businesses, smaller businesses that are maybe not indexed by large data providers. This is the prompt you will get. I think Remi will provide this in a Notion page or something similar. This is the file that you will get with the prompts so you can exactly repeat what what I'm doing here, what I'm showing you. And the first prompt is basically, telling CloudCo work to go hunt for local businesses that meet specific criteria, in this case, a Chicago logistics list, the way we want it. So what to include to get their LinkedIn URL, contact email, and so on, what to exclude. And, basically, it lets, Cloud cowork, use Google Maps and find every company that meets that criteria. And, also, it tells it to not guess. So if it can find the contact data, just to skip it and say so. You see it doing its job, just searching Google Maps. Of course, this is something you could do manually. Someone might say, Yeah, but I can do this. Why use AI for that? Well, because AI can do it while you do something else. And this whole process, for example, takes around twenty five minutes, I think, to create this list of around 14 accounts, in the Chicago area with your specific criteria. And, I would not use this for every list and every situation, but especially for smaller businesses, local businesses that are often not indexed. Or let's say I have an app or offer web design or offer lead gen for restaurants or golf clubs in South Germany, which often would not be included in those data providers, and what they're offering, And I can get a list quickly and just decide, do I want to visit them in person, cold call, or cold email? And often, the data that you have there is also leading directly to the owner, or you can you can be transferred directly to them. So, you don't need, like, 10 stakeholders for these accounts. And, yeah, the beautiful thing is just, Cloud cowork doing its job. You see here the notification in Cloud. You can also record the whole screen and let Claude build a skill out of that or have this scheduled task that runs every morning or every week, and that just grows your list. You can do this for New York, for Austin, and so on. And just as you work through your list and add make it a living document and add all those things that you can find out only through call, email, and then calling those people, talking to them, the list grows and AI is really supporting you there. You see also it has kind of it justifies why it included specific accounts and which one it didn't include. And you will see now in a moment what the file looks like. Basically, it's a spreadsheet with those accounts. And, yeah, it has a summary. I mean, it's it's enough if you want to go through that and start Outreach. And they're all kind of local companies, that meet our criteria. So I I think this is really something that would have taken you hours. I know, for example, a guy who is cold calling medical doctors in Germany because they sell a software that helps them book, book those meetings with patients, and patients can can change those or cancel those appointments. And they're selling the software, but this would be super helpful also for them to just get a huge list of medical doctors in each area. I'll hand over to Victor who will show you how to even make this better. Let me know if you have any questions. And we have, already. a book of we have already a couple of questions. We answered them just after, Victor. So I'll just put all the question you ask in the chat in the q and a so we can go back to. them. Thanks. Okay? So, yeah, once again, just I my role because I I saw also the questions. Can you see my. screen, guys? We do. Okay. Cool. And so here my role is just to show you how, like, transform what Harris did with the the wins he had, like, for example, he and co work and show you how to to to put it to another level, get it to another level. So, this is the first, maybe the the least interesting thing we'll see today. My code is connected to the Lemlist MCP right now, so this is what I checked before the prompt. What I'm asking is just, I I give you the list of companies that Harris generated, and you saw the gaps. So this was it was a question from Caleb. Just to rewind a little bit. So I see I say, hey. These are companies I found. Can you please help me enrich the companies that don't have in enough data, for me to, contact? And here, what it's just doing is finding the companies using the people database from Lemnist in order for us to for us to find all the relevant information. So both, like the email, information as you see here and also the phone numbers. So this is the the first way you can use LemnList. And the other way is just actually finding the companies directly from a prompt and creating a prompt to say, hey. These aren't the companies I want to look I'm I'm looking for. Please find, like, find find information on those companies. And then, of course, how this helps us go to the next level is because, Harris, you you scrape from Google Maps, you had only generic information. So a generic email and a generic phone number, maybe the hotline for for the the, the assistant or something like that. And, of course, because I connected to Lemnist and I have a people database, when I can do what I can do, of course, is okay. So now I have the companies. Find me find me, for example, the number of the CEO or the contact of the CEO, that helps me, of course, be able to contact a person instead of a business. And here you see that for the companies that I had, in the first place on each and every one of them, I will have the contact for the person here at Julia and all Julia, sorry, and all the person you can you can find. And, of course, there, I will have, personal email and also a personal personal phone number, which is a bit better when you try to reach out to someone and actually convert them into a client. Once again, prompts and everything, in a separate document you will receive later so you can have a look at how we did that. Yeah. So, basically, we saw the list building. This was the first block. We have the why. We have the how on clouds. I think Aris also went further than what we actually show, like like, going for the white colors. Now you can also use Google Map to go for, like, companies that are not always, referenced, in LinkedIn, say, Demetri, in whatever, like, tools we we use normally. Viktor, should you like how to link it and put it at scale. Thanks to Lemniss. We discussed about the waterfall and judgment. So having, like, email, phone numbers for everyone. I think we are back to your questions now. I I just do a pause. Back to your question. There is a few that came. I have where is Claude finding leads from Google? Paid the question, but so you you guys can ask you can also go to q and a to Yeah. to see. the questions. I think I think the first one is, like, the fir the first two ones are interesting. It's where is Claude finding lit from Google? And I think basically from where you tell him to go fetch, if you don't give him any information, he will just try to do it on his own. But what Harris did with his prompt, and, Harris, if you wanna comment, but he's just, hey. I want you to go to Google Maps. I want you to filter on a specific place, etcetera, which helps you, be more specific in the people you wanna reach out and maybe just, give advice on Claude on on where you should go fetch. Yeah. Yeah. So the the first step maybe that was not shown I mean, you you should toggle on co work because the chat replies to your questions and co work does the job. So it's connected to your Chrome. You need to connect it to Chrome, and give it access to that. So, basically, it it's browsing the Internet on your behalf with your browser. And if you tell it use Google Maps, it will do it. For example, if you're prospecting to restaurants, they're all in Google Maps. If you want to visit LinkedIn, it can also do that through your browser. You tell it the source that you want and it will do that. If you don't give it a source, it would just call through the Internet, might be messy. But the more you give it a direction, the the better your result or more, standardized, I would say, the results will be and you can compare them. So, yeah, that's and you need to give it the first time, you need to give it access to to your Google Drive. You wanted to to save this spreadsheet in your folder or on your on your desktop, and you will need to give it access to Chrome. Yeah. There's a question, Remy? guy. Yeah. Yeah. Go for it. No. I was going to say I I can take, at the same time, Redmond's Maestro's question and, Safari Smith's question. So does Lemnitz find personal emails and mobile numbers like Clay or just work details? Yeah. Definitely. So, as you might have seen and you can see in the replay, yes, you find, like, work email and work phone number, and to to answer to Sapphire's questions, it's, the only Lendly credit that you are going to use is when you find if, like, you effectively find, phone number or an email, you will be credited for the credit that you that you found. It's about a few cents per request. And for those that didn't manage to find, you don't have to pay anything. There is also a question, like, on on why use, like, code codes instead of chats. Do you want maybe Alice to take this one? Like, when do you use one instead of the others? You meet Claude, chat versus cowork. I think that's the one I answered. It's. all work. Is is Yeah. Okay. If. you did the job, then it's perfect. I was just, like, going through the questions. So. I was. I was making, there, are a lot of questions. one of the answers. Yeah. Short answer was like is chat is chat is best if you ask question, it gives you replies. But when you you ask him to do things for you, coworker is better or or cloud code for that matter. okay. Perfect. I think we can move to the next next part. I was just trying to make sure we answered all the questions. I was trying to make sure also we show you that we want to answer everything that comes to your mind. So so just shoot your question. We'll put them in the q and a, and we'll, like, run them, through NextBlocker. Advanced, on the next part. The next part is let me share my screen. I had it in the agenda. The next part is, oops, the account brief. So that's what we want we want to cover, what's happening, we decide what they have to say, which angles their attention. Maybe, Harris, same question as the list building. Back to you. Why do we put accounts, brief just after the list building? What is it now, and why why does it matter? Well, yeah, I think the next step after you have a good list is finding out what you can about this account so your outreach is relevant, and it's not just noise. Because, I mean, I I I can't tell you how much bad outreach I get, and I'm not the CEO of a company that has, like, 100 or 2,000 employees or something. But, I mean, there's there's still people sending emails. Every month, I get a few of these, like, hey, Harris. You commented on, on a post from Harris. So a good one. because I I write comments sometimes under my LinkedIn post to give more context or information, and so they have this automation. And it's kind of when you create it, maybe it's smart, but you have to you have to do more work, I think, and really do your homework about, yeah, researching those people, those, in that account and in the account in the first place and see if it's a fit, if they have, problems that you can solve in the first place. a there's a wall, video Victor did with Erwan at Lemlist where they just took all the message Erwan received when he was promoted to VP growth at Lemlist, and it was fun. It was fun. Like, competitors, people coming, commenting stuff, and and they do a ball video on it. So if you guys have a bit of time, go and check it out. I think it's it's also, like, underlies what Ariz just said. Okay. Cool. The why? Can we go through the the how? Arias, maybe you can share your screen as well? And. we go on the on the cloud part before we talk, it takes over on the limitless part. Yep. And people, if. if it's and people, if it's not clear for you the why behind the list building and the account, I think it's clear for everyone. But, again, ask your question in the chat. We'll be happy to answer them. So the next, the next step is, as Remy said, the account research. So, I use perplexity for this because I, you could also do it with Claude. Someone asked if you could do it with ChatGPT. Yes. You can. But I like perplexity for account research, especially because, it gives you all the sources. It links directly to them. Claude and CEGEPID can do it also if you tell it. But perplexity just yeah. Yeah. I think it's the best for for this type of work, not for everything. And by the way, I had this, I think it's called enterprise pro plan for perplexity. So it's $40 a month. So just you have the kind of information for the the infrastructure and what costs, are included. And for Claude, I I had when I started, I had this pro plan that's in $20 a month. Now I had the max plan. But if you want to try it out, the the smaller plan is is is just enough. It's, it it can do the job. And just if you want to scale, if you want to do this every day, every couple days or with more accounts, then you will need probably more credits and the the larger, larger plan. So, again, the the prompt is in this PDF that we have prepared for you. We're assuming here we're selling quota flow, software for sales organizations, And, we're, choosing as an account target account, Venta, which is a data security company. And I'm asking it basically to go through everything. They have published, press releases, podcast appearances, just to find out where they are currently as an account, what they're focused on. Yeah, full full brief, basically, that helps me understand where this company is. And you will see in a minute, what perplexity will give us. Again, you can you can also try this with Claude, but I also, one reason why I like to use both is, I like to kind of have two sources and and check them in cloud if if it agrees or not. And sometimes I will directly ask, do you agree with this, or is this email better, or can you write something something that that's even better? And often, AI will just admit, no. This is great. I can't. It doesn't have an ego like humans, so it would just admit when it's wrong. So I always like to use two or three of these tools, at the same time when I need something that's really important. And so you see here, it's it's done. It has created this, this file. So you should see it now. It's five pages, basically, summarizing what Vanta is doing, as a company, what their, strategies are, priorities. And each time it has the sources in here. So sometimes it's the website, sometimes it's LinkedIn, and so on. This is this is kind of the the first step that we need. We can go through this and understand better what they do. We don't have to Google anything or go through their website. So that's really helpful just as a first step to understand where they are. And then as a next step, sorry. Yeah. The second prompt. The second prompt so this was the first prompt here that we used. Basically, telling you to cite everything, to be specific, to not guess, to to provide all the sources. And the second, the second, prompt that we're using in the same thread in perplexity is then asking us about key executives, Advanta, who are most responsible for driving driving these priorities, so which leaders are responsible, what their roles is. Our role is, their LinkedIn post, podcast appearances. We get then, as a result, this report, which is really long. It's 16 pages. But you you get a great overview of, what people are talking about, what they care about, how they talk about those specific problems. And you get really I have this example that's, let me see if I can find it. It's also going through LinkedIn. That's also another another great, here. You for example, you you see this here. It's quoting a LinkedIn post. And and if we click the link, we just go through the post exactly as it is, and we it's three months ago. It's a very short post. We can double check everything. But the great thing is it's going through LinkedIn at a speed that we could never. And especially if you're using LinkedIn, the search is horrible, and you would need to scroll for, I don't know, thirty minutes just to go back five months or something depending on how much they're posting. So this is really helpful in just filtering out all the noise and giving you all the specific sources. And you can read it if it's a really important strategic account, but you can just take it as the next resource to improve our outreach. And, basically, this is these two files are the results of our perplexity account research, and and we'll save that for, for the next step, which is then, Claude. We're going back to Claude. So this is the next next step. You should see it now. Yes. So we're feeding call basically these two reports, these two account briefs, and, saying, use them and find out, again, the people, the executives who are responsible for each purple people, person browse their LinkedIn, press releases, podcast appearances. So we even having in these reports, we even having quotes from them that they said on a YouTube podcast, for example, that's online. So it's really detailed. And in this step, we're also validating it through quote. So we have a better data, just better better report. And it takes a few minutes as you see. Again, it's asking us that's that's the thing that I love about Claude, that it's really cautious, and it's kind of not not, it's it's cautious to not overpromise and and then make up stuff like ChatGPT often. It says, for example, someone left the company and is now at Agora, and should we include the new person and and so on. So it's it's kind of almost thinking with us. And, of course, you can, again, automate it and schedule this and have this run for every one of your 20 accounts and just have a folder in your Google Drive or your your, MacBook and have everything saved there for all those accounts that you have, and you just use them before the call, or if you have to prepare for a demo or something. And this is then deferred, one that we receive here. It's the decision maker intel. That's what Claude called it. And, again, you see here, it's it's super, detailed. It gives you even the time frame, when when those things were were posted. It's, yeah, it even says if this is a good fit for our outreach, for our company that we've shared and the solution that we have. Yeah. Here are the quotes, for example, from LinkedIn. I mean, you you have something very powerful that you can just skim through or even feed them to Claude in the next step that saves so much time. And you see yeah. It's it's really, it's like having assistant that prepares this for you. And, of course, you can shorten it if it's too much, and you can just but I'd rather have too much for an important account than just, yeah, just be better prepared than than have too too little information. And I like using Claude in the last step also because it's the most critical. Sometimes too too skeptic, but, skeptical, but it it does the job well. And, yeah, you have this this whole report. Again, you can go through it if that account is important, but I would not do it for, like, 40 accounts or something. because we're in sales. We're not, famous for readings. We're we're more more famous for for pitching and calling and so on. And, yeah, this is, this is basically the account reaches research, step. Takes in total around, something between thirty and forty minutes. That's why I've compressed those videos to not kinda let you wait here until perplexity and cloud does the job. And, yeah, let me know what questions you have, and and I'll give over to Victor. There's a few question. already. Cool. Yes. Super nice. I love the fact that you can link back everything to the source so you can see what happens in LinkedIn. You can see what happened in in YouTube, and you can also feed whatever comes and outputs back to the cloud to go to the next step. So everything is linked in the workflow. We have people asking for the workflow in the chat before Victor, you can also share your screen before you start. Yep. You know, people working for the workflow, like, just exact bricks by which you pass, but we'll send everything after. So we will see all the blocks, and within the blocks, the prompt we use, the output we have. So everything would be sent, but we wanted to have this conversation live for you to ask questions, for you to deep dive with us in what we do. So it's really live. So there's questions. We'll answer them just after. Go for it, Cool. Thank you very much. So, yeah, just coming back to, got this very thorough example from from Harris. What we are doing now is trying to see, okay, so if now I had to do this for, let's say, 40 companies, 40 CROs at at specific companies, how would I handle that, and still have that agility from cloud that can or perplexity that can go through all the accounts? So just ex coming back to this, so we are on the the company that we are embodying, let's say, is Quarterflow AI. It's a company that reduces the the the the cloth costs or or the AI costs. And the target account is is, Vanta just so so you have the context and understand what I'm doing. So here I'm taking exact like, the the a different approach from Harris, which is, here what I'm doing is I will feed into Claude all the information about my company, about, a quote of fraud.ai. So this can seem a bit intimidating, but, honestly, I really did that with AI is is I ask like, Harris did for other companies I did for, let's say, our own company is get all the information I might need or someone might need, let's say, to onboard in my company as a BGR, so they can handle my, as you said, Aris, the the the deliverable you get from, previously, it's like an assistant doing something for you. That's I'm just, teaching my assistant this is the thing you should be looking at. So once again, seems a bit intimidating. I could just send it to you. It's just asking Claude to fill in a few, a few lines on, what your company does, who you're targeting, etcetera. Why I'm doing this is because I will send this to Claude, and and through the MCP, the LEMIX MCP to what we call our AI contact center, which is where, all the information about my company is stored. And that I can know that then any prompt I do, the AI has this information, and it's just more, thorough outputs, that I can really rely on when I create a sequence, which is the last step that we are going to see with first Harrison and then me. So here I'm just saying showing you in the UI, and if you wanna see what this looks like, it's all the information stored, and already the AI understood which who are my different personas, and and just transcribe that into features so I can anytime I will find in the people database in the list, for example, just send me the relevant leads with the right job titles. And now so once again, what I'm doing is okay. So now that I have this company, and I could do this at scale with 40 companies, this is what I will show you in the in the last example. In this company, just, show me in Vantaa who I should contact. So I'm asking first, do I already have a contact with Vanta? And because he has access with all my system of records, you can say, no. We you've never reached out to Vanta, and neither did any of your teammates. Of course, this would change a bit my behavior if someone in my team did and maybe was in charge of of this account. So just having this, let's let's say safety layer not to have duplicates. And then I'm just I asking because he knows everything about my company. Find salespeople I might already know at Vanta. And he can go one step further because he can, he also already knows who I've been working with. So Lendly is to go to go, grocery, etcetera. So he can go find, for example, in my past companies, do I already know someone? Worst case here, I didn't know anyone, but it just, shows me a a few accounts, a few people I might be interested in in in contacting. And for and in this example, let's say my bad. Let's say I wanted to contact Victor, who was actually the the person, he he mentioned is the international rev ops. Sorry. I I bit I got a bit carried away, but we are not in the sequences yet. And and here I can just say, okay. So send this per person to a campaign and write a full multichannel sequence toward that person, which would be the the last case we we are going to see afterwards. Okay. Okay. Paul, everyone, we you asked a couple of question within the q and a. So I will take Victor off, take back a bit, and, Harish, like, a good run through, the the question that that were asked during presentation on this second block, which is account research. We have questions on, would you say that purpose is better to use the include itself? That's a question to you, Harris. What do you say? I think Claude is is the strongest tool and model you can use out there. I mean, it's, it it's the main reason why I use perplexity is kind of to have like, like, it's like when you ask two people and have two opinions on the same thing. So so you can just you're really sure that, the information is is valid. So I like to use also Checkatrade and and Claude at the same time in many cases. I would not say that it's I prefer it for account research, but you can do the same thing with with Claude as well. I mean yeah. It's it's more a personal preference. So there's nothing out there that can beat Claude, I think, at the moment, so that's just a fact. And and then we had, like, for weeks on the webinars also as well. Like, it's it's also depending on what you want to do in the use case. You might go for one LM two or two or another, but close also, like, yeah, one of the most efficient we use, today. There is a question, and I think you tried started covering it, Harris, on the credits costs. Like, the price is also, like, Yeah. a question and and a question from Dante also. Like, have you ever looked into how you make sure you handle credit costs include like, how do you do it, like, price Yeah. Yeah. That of course, that's always always a topic. But first of all, you have a different pricing model than with data providers who charge you by by credits, by contacts, how many contacts you have. You have a different model here that is by token and depending on how much work this is for cloud. Yeah. It it it just depends how much you want. I mean, if you want more, usually, it costs more. If you want a list of 1,000 prospects or accounts researched, it will cost more money. But, you can do for example, the whole workflow that we're sharing today, you can do this with with the regular plan for, yeah, $20 a month. If you want to do it daily, probably not. If if it's one account that you're doing per day and and really ultra focused deep dive on that account, or if you're creating that list adding 20 leads or 50 leads a day, this will be enough depending on your situation. Of course, there are general rules for Claude. I mean, start a new chat, don't work in those old long threads. This will eat up your credits the fastest, and and change models, of course. I mean, if you use the strongest model for simple, like, reply to this email, it's unnecessary. But that that's kinda more managing your your your credits and and your yeah. Managing cloud usage in in general, I would say, or just looking at usage and seeing when you're kind of almost at full capacity and working when when, or scheduling those tasks at times when when when you're not working also on other stuff. When you're like. for example, let's say you're replying to emails, you're creating some reports, or adding, case studies to this. Let's say you you add a new step and and offer small report to your prospects, when you reach out to them. And and if you're doing this while you're working, and the rest might happen while you sleep. Like, the all of this, you can automate. That's that's a cool thing about it. So you can really schedule it and it runs and and the list is prepared or the brief is prepared, when you wake up. We have one or two questions left. I think we can answer them, after we have, like, fifteen minutes left for the the webinar. So I want to go for the last block, which is an important block. Whoops. Remy is coming back. I see him on the backstage. Don't worry. He's there. back. I'm back, everyone. I'm sorry. The last part, maybe, Alice, you can you can also, like, share your screen on the email and follow-up. Starts with the y I think got this by by now. We start with the list building. We have the account research, and now I think we are going to sequence everything back into a campaign and how we put it together. So that's the why I I anticipate. Is there anything you want to add in why we have this third blocker? Yes. We can go the. last step, of course, is using all that research that we have, and giving it to Claude and telling it, what to create from it. I mean, you could also create a cold calling brief, something short that helps you with the with the calls. But in this case, we choose cold email and ask it to create cold emails based based on this with, specific, with a specific ask like clear direct, no jargon, like a peer reaching out and with a soft ask and so on, and write a follow-up email and so on. And, again, we ask that you to to scroll LinkedIn to visit the LinkedIn, see if there's anything new because I think the most powerful outreach is also the one that's referencing, yes, something relevant, but not from eight months ago, but something that happened last week or two weeks ago that might be urgent, that just changed, at the organization. And, also, we gave it a specific persona, a specific, person's DB case, in this case, which was, which is the CRO. And, again, asked it to create a file on that. This works best if you feed it your most success successful cold emails or framework, something that is working for you or someone else because Claude usually doesn't know what a good cold email is. It would just guess or, yeah, search online. So it works really well if you feed it also emails before the age of AI, how you've written before when you had to write those emails yourself, and they worked. I also share a lot of frameworks from others, tactics in in my newsletter. And also, for example, what we have there is, like, a PDF with nine templates, nine nine cold email frameworks. So you just upload that PDF and ask it to create, to create, nine emails at this on the spot, and you can then choose what you want to send out. So in this case, the emails are quite long, and they're based on the research. Of course, you you can you can shorten them. You can you can delete specific, parts of that. This this depends on your framework and what style you want to, use to reach out. I think long cold emails also work if they are relevant, if they show you've done the work, if they're different, if they're not just like, hey. So you're hiring SDRs, want to chat. I mean, to be really relevant and show you've done some homework, you have to write more. But again, shorter cold emails can also work. I really kinda like the the the subject line on this, and this is basically what it gave us, while also our prompt and what we said about the cold email structure was very short here. I would usually add more to that, like at least a few cold emails I've sent in the past that booked some meetings or a framework to use or specific templates, examples, that that will also give me more variation and to choose from. But the main thing I wanted to show you is how this all this research that also, again, can be scheduled, can be automated, can help you to create much better, cold emails in in basically yeah. Without you doing any work or at least not much. And you're definitely standing out from all those people just saying, hey, I saw you like this post, want to chat, because you're really especially if you're reaching out to c level, I mean, you don't have that many chances to if if you if your first message is just horrible or it's just very random, yeah, it's I think most of them are at least looking at the subject line or just skimming, those emails. And if you're just, yeah, noise, you just go to spam or whatever, and all the other emails won't land. Yeah. Again, this is the this is the whole, basically, the whole workflow. You can have all of this also in one one session and ask it to create in the next step to create this file and create those emails for you, and you can then work with them. Again, let me know if you have any comments or what what you're doing that's working. It would be also super interesting to learn from you guys. Cool. I think I will let, like, Victor present and take all the. question at the end. Of course. Yeah. Perfect. So we And See you, I'm taking the opportunity for this last part to also answer two questions I saw from a Beata who was saying, I know how cloud works. Please show us how to use it with Lemnitz and Sales Navigator. And then we have Henry Lambert who says, talk more about where things are stored. So I want to introduce this, with those question and try to answer. On Bella's question, this is exactly like we know how how cloud works. You know, cloud how cloud works, and this is why we put all the effort on making the best MCP possible on the market on the Outreach and GTM side with 100 plus tools. So the thing that maybe to keep in mind is that because you already know how cloud works, you can just query CLODE and connect it to the MCP, and you exactly can say in your words what you wanna do, and it's just so happens in them list. And the second question with Henry is that, okay. So, where is the data stored? Well, when you use it with Clode, it will be stored on your computer, and you will just have to act on it. But when you connect it to the Lemonis, this is where the magic happens because actually the data is stored on Lemonis inside campaigns, as I will show you. And anything you do with Clode becomes very actionable, because you can create a sequence. So exactly the same thing as, Harris has showed you. Here, what I'm what I'm doing is once again, AI has all the the the data on what quota flow is, who I I typically reach out to. And here I'm asking, okay. So now create a campaign where I can put any amount of CROs, and you will be able to create a very dedicated campaign that looks very good and very personalized. So here it just created this sequence, inside Lemnist that I don't even sorry. Once again, did the same mistake. I don't even have to think about it. Once I put someone in there with dedicated copywriting, he will just follow the step, visit profile on LinkedIn, then an invite, then I'll wait and change my behavior on either did they accept my invite? Yes. So then I will, prospect them on LinkedIn. And if not on email, and I don't have to even think about it and think about the follow ups. So here you see that on the right side, what you see is the copywritings I have. And the copywritings is what's in blue is what's where we will have AI placeholders and where the AI will be able to modify the copywriting, but I also have dedicated part that will never change. And then, sorry, what I'm doing here is I'm targeting Stevie case. So exactly the same case as Harris did. And now that, I say, okay, I want to target Stevie case from Vanta, find all the information. Once again, still using Claude to find that information. So, as you see, Claude will search the web on Stevie Case, using Lemnist to search her in the people database to find a contact text, information, then, recall my memory if I ever had a chat with them, etcetera, etcetera. And, same thing as Harris did, once again, benefiting from the fact that Claude can just source a lot of information. I see that, here she will be attending Unbound. I think I will overline it. Yeah. She will speak at Unbound on the September 17. So, of course, I recorded this before. Now it would be too late, but at the time, it made sense. So here I'm I'm I'm gathering very interesting information on what maybe she talks about regularly, an interview she did in August, the fact that, itself Vanta itself is shipping an AR product, everything that can, nourish my context and help me do a a cool campaign. And then on the question for Henry, where's the information source? Because I connected the Lamin States ICP to see that in my campaign, I have, CV case or or information, and then every variable that I created is stored in here with all the information. So her industry, everything, the the when the company was created, any details that I created and that the AI found for me, it's stored in here and I can reuse it. Benefit, of course, is that I will show you what a typical invite would would look like for that person. First TV, Hi Stevie. Your September 17 outbound talk on system first menu, orgs is on the calendar here, happy to connect. So it really seems, human and really dedicated to that. Although, as I'm sure afterwards, I can just put any amount of people in there. Everything will be, personalized. We are losing Victor a bit, but he will be back in a sec, I'm sure. Ito, you're back with us? Can you hear me? He froze. Yeah. You're here. Back with us. Hello? We see. your WhatsApp. We we see your screen. think okay. Perfect. So here, yeah, just showing you what this personalization looks like across the different touch points because this is also the benefit of using a solution like Lemnitz to have touch points on different, assets or or different, channels. And here, once again, just to show you what this means in terms of actionability is that here I just add, ask to as Claude, hey. Find, you know, the CRO, Steve Rogg. He did his research, had it, you know, as a as a contact. And as you see, something will stay the same, but just the personalization followed Sierra's run from sales series b to the 12,000,000,000 round, etcetera, etcetera, just gets, personalized and gets very human and happens in every step of the of the personalization. So here you're turning one quick win of doing the research and contacting into really a system that you can put, any amount of contact inside. Hope it was clear. Sorry for the if you lost me a bit. People think you're in the same family as Usain Bolt. Okay. They select Mac. I can't say. But I think it was clear. We we just had a question, like, a a quick one. Saint Paul is saying, like, Solemnis is being used purely to find email addresses and to send the emails. Otherwise, code and privacy are used to all research and drafting. What do you think about this, Victor? So, Claude can definitely do the right the the drafting, and especially if you have dedicated skills to write the most compelling copywriting. And in that case, you use Lemnitz to once again store all the information on your contacts so you have it somewhere and maybe not in your CRM if if it's a a lead you do not know you do not know already. Find information, enrich the information, and then actually do the multichannel outreach. So actually sending out the the the the emails, etcetera, with good infrastructure, deliverability, etcetera. I think we have a lot of questions, but we went over the time. At least you saw it. There's like a red window on the top saying, like, two minutes, one minute. We just wanted to tell you everything is coming your way on the main page with, the webinar, which you just saw. There's 300 people still with us now, and we wanted to share what we had for you at the end of this webinar. What we have is, like, a club with all the resources free, which we share, but a lot more. We saw people asking question about, like, Sales Navigator, about Lemnist specificities, about cloud itself. We go and and run, courses in this club, so do not hesitate to join. For the one joining before Friday, this club, so we are Wednesday, so two, three days left. We want to offer, like, a thousand credits. So I just went to ask my marketing team if they were okay with it, and they were like, yeah. Go for it. I think people are attending the webinar, attending the webinar to the end. They can have it. So a thousand credits for everyone from this webinar who joins before Friday to the gym club and drops one line intro on the on the Slack channel, which is introduction. So do not hesitate. Again, GTM club with a lot of resources, the webinar, everything coming your way as you register on the main page, all the prompts, and the documents. So thank you for being here attending. I'm super happy we had Harris with us again. It was a back to back session with a lot to cover, but I think we we also gather a lot of data from you. If we have to do this session again, I think happy Harris would be happy to to do so. He has a newsletter. He has a LinkedIn. I think you received a couple of invitation during this, this webinar, but I'm sure you you can receive more if people are interested by what you say as well. Thanks a lot. final words, a lot for? having? me. And yeah. Yeah. I mean, again, everyone, yeah, can reach out to me if they have any questions, and thanks for having me. And and, of course, one hour is not, much. So we we yeah. That's just the time limitation we have here. And and my my personal recommendation would be with especially AI and sales, just keep using it daily. I know it's hard when you have a sales job to find the time, but these things evolve so fast. It's just you have to use it to to, yeah, to see it and and and to actually get the results and and see the improvements it's making. Every day a bit, one person by one person. That's that's what I I take. Okay. See you guys. See you, everyone. Bye bye. one. Thank you. Right. Wait. Wait. Wait. Up. This event has been closed.
